As of today, emgprd.org is officially introducing a new logo for our own AI infrastructure ā a small but meaningful step in a much bigger commitment.
Alongside this, we are expanding our own AI infrastructure ā not to replace anyone, but to grow, and to enable change in how we work. This is about strengthening the people already doing the work, not substituting them.
Two new pillars will support our nonprofit work in the coming days:

Both are being built on open-source foundations. As of today, we are running these on Flowise and LibreChat, connected purely via API ā meaning our data stays in our own database, hosted on German servers, rather than with third-party providers. Away from expensive, non-data-protection-compliant tools ā toward more sovereignty, more transparency, and more independence for the organizations and volunteers who rely on this infrastructure.
As part of this transition, we are also replacing Leantime with ProjeQtOr as our project management platform ā a solution that offers significantly more functionality and enables better collaboration across our teams.
And in the spirit of transparency, I want to be honest about something personal: over the past days, I have been focused on progress and building better solutions for all of us ā and in doing so, I did not give my team the attention they deserved.
