Every post published here is automatically mirrored into our Slack community. This means announcements that used to stay inside the team are now made public by default š. That is a deliberate choice. It strengthens transparency and fair dealing within the community ā something that matters especially for an NGO built on trust.
We built this organization on one core belief: transparency. Not only in how funds and resources are handled, but in how we operate as a team, day to day.
From now on, we will use this space to speak openly ā about how we work, what challenges us, what we expect from the people building this with us, and how we are growing.
This is not corporate communication. It is an honest account of what it takes to run a volunteer-driven disaster response nonprofit.
