Here is how you can grow from a Community Member into a fully-fledged Core Member.
1. The Practice: Complete Tasks & Document Progress #
As a Community Member, you will immediately dive into your respective department and receive specific tasks. Your volunteering career is built on two simple, yet crucial pillars:
Reliable Execution: You complete the tasks assigned to you within your available time to the best of your ability.
Native Documentation: You track and document your progress and results directly inside our internal system software. This documentation is our most important tool for making your impact visible and helping us stay efficient as a global non-profit.
2. The Goal: Advancing to a Fully-Fledged Member #
The more consistently and transparently you handle and document your tasks, the more responsibility you can take on at emgprd.org. Your journey will take you step-by-step to the next level:
Increased Relevance: Through your reliability, you become a vital pillar of your department. You will gain deeper insights into strategic processes and take on more advanced tasks.
Core Membership: The ultimate goal of your journey is to advance to a fully-fledged, core volunteer member of emgprd.org. In this status, you become a permanent part of the organization’s heart, actively shaping our future and long-term direction.

Because we are constantly evolving as an organization, the exact details of our advancement system are currently in the fine-tuning phase.
